MARCH 10,2006:
THIS POEM IS DEDICATED TO JAZZY JACQUELINE NEAL WHO WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM US ONE YEAR AGO.IT WAS WRITTEN BY YULONDRA TOPP FROM CLOUMBUS,MISSISSIPPI.
Dear "Jackie"
It's been a year now
since you've been gone
It's been a year of heartache, but
God's grace has kept us strong
If love could have saved you
My wrighting this would'nt have to be.
If I could re-wind the time
March 10th, would be different for so many, including me.
We miss you
More than you'll ever know
I'd give my last dollar
to see another Jackie Neal show
When you came to town
We knew you would tear up the stage
That's why so many came out
Like it was a Mardi Gras parade
Some fans remember your laugh
Others loved to see you smile
Many loved the outfits you wore
Jackie you truly had style
You gave the fans
So many memories to hold on to
See the world is only a dressing room,
That's why again we will see you
I could go all day
Talking about our "Queen"
So for those who really knew you
They know exactly what I mean
So we'll never forget you
There's no way we could
Were expressing our love to you
Like every good fan should
Rest in peace
we'll except God's will
You are forever in our hearts
"Jackie" that's for real
From your fans in Columbus, MS
We Love and Miss You.

MARCH 10,2006:
This is a very sad day for me.I watched Jackie Neal perform a little over a year ago for the first and only time.We took a picture together after that show. The guy taking the picture was having trouble with the camera so as we waited to take the picture we were holding hands and I was like a little child at Christmas time. She allowed me to stand there and just hold her hand.I told her how much I enjoyed her music and she was very appreciative.A couple of minutes later the guy with the camera was ready so I put my arm around this beautiful lady and we took a picture together.I know its good PR for an entertainer to be nice and polite with their fans but with Jackie you knew it was real.I'll never forget the couple of minutes that I was blessed with her presence.I always enjoyed her music but on that night I became a big fan.The photo that I have with Jackie is my favorite photo.
It was taken only five(5) days before her tragic death.I remember the last song she performed "He Don't Love Me" and it is my favorite Jackie Neal song.
